During my stay, I found the hotel to be exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were also impressive, and I was delighted to be able to use them during my stay. Additionally, the location was perfect, right next to the ocean and within walking distance to various eateries. I also found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, always willing to assist me with my needs.

Nothing negative to say.

Had an awesome Christmas break in the Bay Area! Really appreciated the little touches in the hotel room, like the complimentary toiletries & wifi. The location is perfect, central to loads of attractions and shops! Loved how easy it was to explore the area. The bed was super comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a marshmallow!

There were a few things that could have used some improvement. The lighting in the room could've been brighter and the decor was a bit outdated. It would've been good to have a few more power points around the room too. And breakfast was packed with limited seating, but considering it was Christmas week it was understandable. the hotel was a great value!

The complementary Wi-Fi and breakfast were nice touches. The location was very convenient, close to restaurants and shops. The beach was also a short walk away, which was enjoyable.

The room was not well-maintained, with broken furniture and a lack of basic kitchen supplies. The bed was very uncomfortable and made for a restless night. my business trip was negatively impacted by the poor quality of the room.

Everything was good, so were pleasant views of the bay. The breakfast had lots of food, like cereals and yogurt. The room was separate and with comfy beds. All the staff were efficient, polite.

This hotel's location is perfect! It's in a bustling area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The view from the room is breathtaking! The leisure facilities are great; there's a pool and a gym. Breakfast was delicious. The service is impeccable; staff are always ready to help.

The rooms are outdated.

The hotel was recently renovated and I appreciated the streets of Alameda. I was offered a room with pleasant views of the bay. Courteous staff and the location was marvellous. Everything was great and within 10 minutes' drive of Oakland International airport. Had a really comfortable stay here.

Spacious good value hotel with a favourable location adjacent to mall, the SF bay. Very clean pool, parking on site.

Had huge room with 2 beds and wake-up service was available in it.

Wonderful location, very close to Amf Southshore Lanes. Exceptionally comfortable bed in queen room with television, a microwave oven and a refrigerator. The pool area is good too.

We spent Thanksgiving here and had a decent time. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and parking, which was a real plus. Also, the location was perfect for us, with easy access to nearby businesses and attractions. Another advantage was the laundry room on site, which made doing laundry a breeze.

I have to admit that there were some downsides as well. The first room had a lot of bugs and the sheets were uncomfortable. The bathroom was also poorly illuminated, making it difficult to get ready in the morning. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak and the shower did not work well, which was disappointing.

We had a pleasant stay in this hip new hotel. Booked a room with nice views of the bay. The property served cereals and yogurt for breakfast.

Loved our rooms on the outside balcony. A microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator were nice.

Loved every detail about my great 5 nights stay here. Had cheap and spotless room, it included TV, a microwave oven and a refrigerator.
